One shared screen
Open a video you are allowed to share, select its browser tab and enable tab audio when offered. Everyone watches the host’s stream in SHare.
Watch movies together
Watch movies together online and keep the conversation beside the film. One friend shares a permitted video from a computer; everyone joins the same SHare room to watch, talk or send messages.
Set up your movie roomBrowser guests can join without an account or download. Test the sharing source before inviting the whole group.
SHare uses one live screen share. The person sharing controls playback, and friends watch that shared stream. This suits a group that wants the picture and conversation in one room. It does not synchronize separate streaming accounts or provide a movie library.
Open a video you are allowed to share, select its browser tab and enable tab audio when offered. Everyone watches the host’s stream in SHare.
If each person must play a protected streaming title through their own subscription, use a method supported by that provider. SHare does not control those independent players.
Use a current desktop browser, open the permitted video in a separate tab and plug in headphones. Close private windows and silence notifications before sharing.
Create an unlisted room from the watch-together page. Send the invitation link or six-character code to your friends. Unlisted rooms stay off public room lists.
Choose Movie mode and select the video tab or a supported source. Enable the browser’s audio-sharing option if it appears. Source and audio support depend on the device and browser.
Play a short sample. Ask a guest to confirm movement, movie audio and microphone sound. Agree on a pause signal; then let the sharing person manage playback.
Assign the sharing device, avoid duplicate audio and test the guest’s view.
Compare playback control, accounts, audio and protected video before choosing a method.
Friends can join a SHare web room in a modern browser with a display name. The sharing person still needs a device and browser that can capture the chosen video and, where supported, its audio.
First test an ordinary permitted video. If that works but the movie does not, the source may restrict screen capture. For missing audio, reselect the source and check the browser’s audio option. SHare does not remove content protection.
Access requirements depend on the source service and its terms. SHare does not supply films, grant access to subscriptions or synchronize separate players. Choose content and a sharing method you are allowed to use.
Start with one sharing device and one guest. After picture and sound work, send the room invitation to the rest of your group.
