Summary

If you’re not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The Free plan is, well, free — nothing to refund.

14-day refund window

  • On your first Pro or Premium subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, digital wallet, etc.).
  • Once approved, your account automatically returns to the Free plan.

Annual subscription refunds

If you cancel an annual plan outside the refund window, we may consider a prorated refund for unused full months. This is handled case-by-case at our discretion.

What isn’t covered

  • Payments on accounts that violated our community guidelines or Terms of Service.
  • Renewals after the first billing cycle (you can cancel auto-renewal anytime in advance).
  • One-time content or cosmetic purchases (e.g. badges, boost packs).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; auto-renewal stops.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster than going through a card-issuer dispute. Direct chargebacks may result in a temporary account suspension while we investigate.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds typically appear on your payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
